Professional Art Service

For some projects, how the final product looks is very important. We know you can't always do this yourself so we can offer you low cost consulting services to get you started.

You can also use our templates to help get you started if you want to do this yourself. We have templates for:

• Graphics to be printed on the CD/DVD
• Amaray (dvd case) inserts
• other printed material.

Getting Started

If you've decided you want to use our service, contact us. Tell us a little about what you need.

• After you contact via email and request our services, we'll ask you to provide us with what you already have including images, graphics, and/or logos.
• We require digital files. When we ask for them, we need the images in either JPEG (.jpg), TIFF, Illustrator (AI), or Photoshop (PSD) file formats.
• Text files (for documentation etc) could be in TXT, RTF, HTML, or Word (DOC) files.
• The images you send us should be of the highest resolution because we can always downsize it without losing quality.

How Long Does it Take?

• It will probably take a few weeks to complete most projects.
• It takes a day or two to get the materials.
• It takes day or two to get you the first "draft".
• From there it depends on how many revisions are required.

Rates

• We bill hourly for art services $50.00 per hour. The final cost will depend on artwork specifications, how many times we have to go back and forth, and whether you give us some images to start with.
• Simple designs might only take a few billable hours. If you can give us a detailed email of what you want, we will provide you with an estimate of the project.
• For most projects, we will bill you when we complete the project. If it's going to take more than a few hours, we require a $250.00 deposit.

Ownership

• Once you have paid, and the project is complete, you are the owner.
• You may use the art for anything you would like.
• We WILL give you our final digital files in case you want to modify them in the future.
