You normally would provide the printed art work. For example, there are graphics you provide for the cd image itself, and for any dvd case printed inserts or jewel case inserts. 

From within your cd or dvd project, there are fields where you specify the download url to your graphics. 

1) The disc image itself (a .jpg image printed on the disc). 

2) Optional printed insert for a jewel case or dvd amaray case (a properly formatted .jpg image)
