2)      Your CDs or DVDs have your most electronic files as we download them from your site (or we host those files for you).  You can update those at any time from our web site.  Whithin your cd/dvd fulfillment project, you can choose the checkbox to "Get the latest version of my CD/DVD Files".  This will force us to download and use those files for the very next order we fulfill.      We are able to do this because we have our patent pending “burn on demand” automated inventory control software and hardware

4)      We ship every day of the week.  Most of the time, on the day you order.

5)      We use state of the art cd/dvd duplication machines, labelers, ink printers and the highest quality materials.

6)      Each cd/dvd is automatically quality checked and verified to obtain the highest possible quality and reliability.   For new projects, we test load and visually inspect those first discs very carefully.  If a disc fails the verify check, it is tossed.  This ensures 100% quality.
